How to make a claim regarding “Flight Missed”?

In the case of a missed flight, you will have to make a claim online through our website and provide us with the following documents:

  • The written evidence that you could not fly
  • Plane tickets of your departure (or e-tickets)
  • The new plane tickets bought 
  • The bills regarding the plane tickets (for the initial departure and the replacement one)
  • Your bank account details
