How do I make a flight delay claim?


If your flight is delayed, you must submit your claim online, at, and send us the following documents:

    • official confirmation of the delay (document issued by the airline stating the scheduled and actual arrival time);
    • your plane ticket;
    • your plane ticket invoice (or accommodation invoice if purchased at the same time);
    • your bank account identification slip
