To report an incident please send us within 5 days the following documents:
- A detailed declaration, the contact details of the third party and witness
- Any correspondence, written statements, summons, legal documents pertaining to the accident
- Inform us of any legal action or enquiry undertaken against you and related the reported incident
- In case of material dammage, invoice and picture of the item as well as invoice of the reparation cost.
