To report an incident please send us within 5 days the following documents:

• A detailed declaration, the contact details of the third party and witness
• Any correspondence, written statements, summons, legal documents pertaining to the accident
• Inform us of any legal action or enquiry undertaken against you and related the reported incident
• In case of material dammage, invoice and picture of the item as well as invoice of the reparation cost.
