Is the return of the travelling companion covered with the Cap Adventure?

In case of repatriation, the return of the travelling companion is covered if authorized by the medical advisor of the company and only when the insured are married, civil partners, or in a family trip.

If one of the two travellers is not covered by Chapka Assurances, then the return won't be covered either.
