Cancellation option

In the case of an unforeseeable, external and justified reason, the cancellation option of the Cap Assistance covers your cancellation fees up to €8,000 per person.
Repatriation-assistance 24/24

Your repatriation is covered at 100% of the real costs.
If the Doctors decide that you must return home for the continuation of a treatment, your repatriation is fully taken care of and paid for!
Medical expenses and hospitalization abroad up to 1M€

Your medical expenses are covered from 100,000 to 1 000,000 €, depending on the geographical zone of your trip. Beware: Your medical expenses are covered for sudden and unforeseen illnesses and accidents.
Medical teleconsultation

Benefit from free medical teleconsultation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Early return of the insured

In the case of a serious hospitalization or death of a relative, we cover the actual costs of your early return home.
Luggage Insurance

Your luggage is protected against theft and damages during your trip and transportation, up to 3 000 €.
Trip interruption

In the case of a medical repatriation or early return, your unused terrestrial services (an excursion for example) will be reimbursed.
Search and rescue expenses

Search and rescue expenses at sea or in the mountains (including off-track ski) are reimbursed with an invoice, up to €10 000.
Personal liability abroad: €4,500,000

You are covered for bodily injury, property damage and consequential loss up to €4,500,000.
Lawyers’ fees abroad

If you need the help of a lawyer, your costs will be covered up to €3,000.
