It's really easy! Once you have registered on the Chapka application, click on the tab dedicated to the medical teleconsultation.

Make an appointment with a doctor by entering the country and time zone in which you are located. Then choose the date and time of the appointment.

A messaging system allows you to communicate with the doctor assigned to you. Insureds can explain their problem in advance and send photos.

Once the consultation has taken place, the doctor will transfer a medical prescription via the application if necessary. The messaging system remains active if you have any further questions.
