Yes, your insurance can be reimbursed upon reception of proof of your visa denial and if your insurance coveragehas not started.

The request of reimbursement must be sent to info@chapka.fr, and you must indicate your policy number and attach proof of your visa denial.

Important: in order to be elligible for this reimbursement, you must send in proof before the 1st day of your insurance policy.
