Yes, if the insurance contract hasn't strated yet, you can get a refund of your insurance premium upon presentation of the proof of refusal from the embassy or consulate. A fifteen-euro fee will be kept. 

You must send us en email to info@chapka.com. Please, indicate your contract number and attach proof of refusal. 

Keep in mind that you must send us the proof of refusal before the start date of your insurance contract.
