If you are sick, you can visit the doctor of your choice, pay for the consultation, and send us the following documents as soon as reasonably possible:

• The medical file completed and signed by the doctor
• Invoices for the medical expenses incurred
• Prescriptions
• Your bank account details

Medical expenses include medical visits (general practitioners or specialists), prescribed medication, medical examinations, and hospitalizations of less than 24 hours.
