- In case of medical cares (visit, pharmaceutical expenses or hospitalization of less than 24 hours): when you come back to your home country, you should ask for the reimbursement to your Social Security, your health insurance body or your preventative healthcare and then send us all the original paid account and medical paid bills.
- In case of a hospitalization longer than 24h : you will be covered directly. However, depending on the costs incurred, the assistance centre might ask you to ask for the reimbursement to your Social Security or health insurance body in order to recover a part of the costs.
