Yes, if the insurance contract hasn’t started yet, you can get a refund of your insurance premium upon presentation of the proof of refusal from the embassy or consulate. A fifteen-euro fee will be kept.

Keep in mind that you have to send us the proof of refusal before the date of start of your insurance contract.
