With the early return guarantee, you benefit from the payment of a return ticket to go to the bedside of a hospitalised or deceased family member.

The guarantee applies :

A) In the event of the death of :

- Your spouse,

- Your ascendants (parents, grandparents, etc.) or descendants (this also applies to those of your spouse),

- Your brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, great uncles and great aunts.

The date of death must be earlier than the date initially scheduled for your return from your trip.

B) In the event of life-threatening hospitalisation of :

- Your spouse,

- Your ascendants (parents, grandparents) and descendants (the guarantee may also cover your return if your parents-in-law are hospitalised)

- Your brothers and sisters.

The date of admission to hospital must be after your date of departure abroad. 

Please note: In this situation, you must contact the assistance centre (+33 (0)1 70 79 07 69). Do not organise your own return.

We will reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the service if you fail to submit additional proof within 30 days (death certificate, hospitalisation note showing that the prognosis is life-threatening).

Only one claim will be accepted per insured person and per 12-month period.
