It allows you to be reimbursed for services already paid for which you will not be able to benefit if your stay has to be cut short due to:

• Illness, injury, pregnancy complication or death of yourself, a close relative or any person included in the group trip.
• Damage (burglary, fire, water damage) to your home that requires your presence.
• Natural disaster or act of terrorism at the place of stay.

We will reimburse compensation proportional to the number of remaining unused days.
