Some items are never covered, in particular mobile phones, cash, glasses, keys, credit cards, plane tickets, drones, sports equipment (skis, bike, surf, etc.) and any consumable product (cigarettes, medicines, cosmetics, etc.).

Please note:

jewellery is only covered when it is worn on you. Laptops (and other video, hi-fi equipment, etc.) are not covered when left with the carrier.
