How do I make a baggage delay claim?


First of all, you must make a claim with the airline with which you travelled. You must wait until your baggage has been delivered to you before making a claim (to confirm that your baggage was delayed, not lost). 

You must submit your claim online, at, and send us the following documents: 

    • the claim form submitted to the airline; 
    • the delivery note (a document which proves that your baggage was delayed); 
    • your bank account identification slip;
    • your plane ticket
