A close relative has passed away or been hospitalised. Does the Cap Adventure cover my return home ticket?
If a family member is hospitalized (for more than 5 days) or has passed away and you wish to go back your home country, please contact the assistance platform who will look after your return ticket.
You must contact the assistance platform, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the following number : +18.104.22.168.07.69.
Please make sure to give the following information:
- your policy number appearing on the schedule of your insurance policy
- your current location
- the phone number where you can be reached
- the type of assistance you need
Beware: the insurance company will only cover the services organized in agreement with the assistance platform.
You can only benefit from this cover once during a 12-month period.
