With the Cap Annual Assistance policy, you will be reimbursed for cancellation fees retained by the organiser of your trip in the event of an event preventing you from leaving. To do this, the event must be:
- Beyond your control
Please note that the cancellation cover only applies to stays that have been purchased (or booked) after the Cap Multi Voyages purchase.
For the cancellation cover to work, the policy must be taken out on the day of purchase of the holiday (or within 48 hours maximum).
