Benefits of TRANQUILOC

Cancellation

In case of an unforeseeable, external and justified reason, you will be covered for your cancellation fees up to €25,000 per rental.
Interruption of stay

You will be reimbursed of unused land-based services (accommodation, sport lessons, sport equipment rental,...) in case of a medical repatriation or early return, up to €25,000.
Late arrival

In the event of something happening between your house and the location of your stay, the nights you did not spend in your rental will be reimbursed, up to 3 nights.

Cancellation

Unavailability of the rental property

Your rental has been damaged due to fire, water or a storm... and it prevents you to stay there? You will get a refund of the deposit or the down payment, up to € 10,000.
Object left behind in the rental property cover

We will reimburse the costs of sending and object left in the rental to your home up to €150.
Late arrival

In the event of something happening between your house and the location of your stay, the nights you did not spend in your rental will be reimbursed, up to 3 nights.
Replacement copy of keys due to loss of theft

If you lose or get the rental keys stolen from you, we will reimburse the replacement keys fees up to € 100

Yes, if you subscribe the day of the reservation of your trip or within the 48 following hours.
Yes, if your trip does not exceed 90 days.
Yes, if the price of your rental does not exceed €25,000.
Yes, if you reside within the European union (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Monaco) wherever the location of your rental. Conversely if you do not reside in Europe but your rental is located in the European union.
Yes, we will cover your rental if you are going to a hydrotherapy (refer to dedicated prices below).
Yes, whatever service provider with which you have booked your holiday rental (Airbnb, Homeaway, campsites, tourist offices...).
