What is covered by the early return benefit?

In the event of serious hospitalisation and of more than 5 days or death of a relative, you may benefit from a return ticket to your country of origin to then come back to your host country to continue your stay.

The following are deemed as close relatives:

The spouse of the Insured (through civil partnership or registered as a partner living under the same roof), father, mother, brothers and sisters, step-parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren.

Chapka extras: grandparents are not always included in this benefit among our competitors, be careful! In addition, our competitors often offer a "one way" ticket but rarely the "return ticket". Chapka covers the return ticket subject to certain terms. Be sure to check the general terms!

Important note: In order to benefit from covered assistance, you must first contact the assistance platform.
