If you are the au pair:
You subscribed the insurance and your project gets postponed or canceled, we reimburse you all the insurance premium amount (except some handling fees).
If you are the host family:
You subscribed the insurance for your au pair but eventually she/he does not come, we reimburse you all the insurance premium amount less some handling fees or even the handling fees if you subscribe the insurance for a new au pair.
