We will pay for your return ticket to your country of origin in the event of :
- Serious and unforeseen hospitalisation of your spouse, direct ascendants or descendants, brother or sister, father-in-law or mother-in-law.
- Death of your spouse, direct ascendants or descendants, brother or sister, father-in-law or mother-in-law.
As soon as you are informed of the situation, contact the assistance centre (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). They will book the plane ticket that will allow you to return to your country of residence.
Please provide the following information when you call:
- Your insurance policy number (on your insurance certificate)
- Your location
- The telephone number where you can be reached easily and quickly
- The nature of the assistance you require
- Under no circumstances should you book the plane ticket yourself
