We will pay for your return ticket to your country of origin in the event of :

  • Serious and unforeseen hospitalisation of a close relative, your professional replacement or the person looking after your children (minors or disabled adults) remaining at home
  • Death of a close relative, your professional replacement or the person looking after your children (minors or disabled adults) remaining at home
  • Major material damage to your home 

Depending on your contract, other reasons may be added to the list. Please consult your general terms and conditions.

 

As soon as you are informed of the situation, contact the assistance centre (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). They will book the plane ticket that will allow you to return to your country of residence.

 

Please provide the following information when you call:

  • Your insurance policy number (on your insurance certificate)
  • Your location 
  • The telephone number where you can be reached easily and quickly. 
  • The nature of the assistance you require 

Under no circumstances should you book the plane ticket yourself.
