If you are ill, you can consult the doctor of your choice and have him/her complete the medical questionnaire. You must pay the costs in advance and then send in your claim form to obtain reimbursement.
You will also be asked to provide the following documents
- invoices for expenses incurred (doctor and pharmacy)
- copy of your visa
- bank details (only for the 1st claim)
Please note that medical expenses relating to consultations, the pharmacy recommended by the doctor, examinations and any hospitalisation of less than 24 hours are covered under this benefit.
You can report your claim on our website, via your policyholder area or the Chapka application.
Tip: In the event of a minor problem, you should opt for teleconsultation. You won't have to pay anything in advance, and you'll reduce the waiting time you might have to endure with a physical consultation.
Download the Chapka app and make your life easier: find all your documents, call assistance free of charge, schedule a medical teleconsultation, declare your claims and make your reimbursement requests, all with a simple internet connection!
