What should I do if I’m not satisfied with Chapka's answer?

Even though we do our best to offer a high-quality service, you may not agree with your interlocutor.

As an insurance broker, our job is to defend our policyholders against insurance companies.

If you disagree with a decision taken by the assistance center, the claim management or one of our advisors, please write to our claim department: reclamation@chapka.fr.

They will review your file and contact you to evaluate the situation.

We will try to find the best solution to defend you.
