Please report the theft within the first 24 hours to the police who will give you a receipt.

Then, send us the incident statement within 5 working days from the day you become aware of the incident with the following documents:

• Theft declaration by the police with a detailed statement of the circumstances and a list of the stolen items
• Invoice for the lost personal effects, if you can’t, a statutory declaration
• Photos of the damaged personal effects
